Izazov je ležao u neverovatnom rasponu njegovog stvaralaštva: s jedne strane stoji suptilna, duboko emotivna poezija (Zov stepskog vuka, Razgovori s morem), a s druge strane stoji "Legionar" - epski high fantasy univerzum.
As Legionar grew from a novel into a series in the spirit of The Witcher or Game of Thrones, its design needed a stronger presence. We created a special hardcover and sequel design with a darker, richer palette and epic typography. The goal: a book that looks like an artifact from another time.
Nijedna fantazija nije potpuna bez mape.
To bring Legionar’s world to life, we populated it. We illustrated ten distinctive creatures from the series, each with its own name and anatomy, based on the author’s descriptions. These are not generic dragons: they form the visual identity of the danger within his books.

Throughout this project, we gave Ivan Nović’s words a face. His books are now complete visual experiences. Whether holding a gentle poetry collection or a substantial fantasy volume filled with maps and creatures, readers know they hold magic in their hands.
