Social Media Management

Summary:
*Success on social media is not just about posting
*Networks require a lot of time (and more and more).
*Each piece of material needs to be edited before publication.
*Chat systems have become a vital part of customer communication
*Need to plan ahead
Leading or managing social networks is the process of creating and scheduling (popularly "posting") content for audience growth and maintenance, as well as informing new and existing audiences on social networks about the services, products, brand or ideas of your business or yourself (especially if you are your own brand or the face of your brand). More precisely, all this is only a visible part of management.
Marketing, especially in digital form, is often condemned to the opinion that something is easy and that anyone can do it. "Well, I can also upload pictures - Well, I can also click on the boost button - Oh, well, I can also combine pictures into a video..." Unfortunately, this kind of trivialization leads to business stagnation, irreversible damage to pages and profiles (ESPECIALLY FOLLOWER PURCHASES!) and often to the collapse of the business.
Managing social networks is a long-term and strategic endeavor, which involves creating content, creating and monitoring advertisements, continuous digital nurturing of a business and/or brand, and building a loyal audience - efficiency requires far more than publishing great content.
At Digital Creators Studio, we prefer the so-called "All in One", or as we like it, "Turnkey" approach to managing social networks.
TURNKEY/ALL IN ONE
The overall idea behind this approach is that only someone who fully manages, uses and improves your profiles is able to fully understand your business, create quality content, effective advertisements and reach all set goals. In addition, this frees up your time to the maximum, so that you can use it to manage and improve your business on other fronts.
And what does all that entail?
– Setting up networks
Correction and optimization of all descriptions, links and text on profiles, as well as finishing or creation of all graphic elements such as avatar/cover photos, highlight buttons and others. The shape, variation and quantity of either text or graphic elements depends on the selected networks.
– Post design and content creation
Creation and design of posts, which as the final product, represent completed posts that contain a visual element (photo, carousel or video), text (in a tone established as ideal for the brand) and carefully selected hashtags.
Publications are generally designed following the colors and accessories of the brand, may contain photos or video material, and possibly use auxiliary, stock photos (with license). Every post, reel and story is stored for further use.
– Creating Stories
Creation of story posts, which are either related to classic posts or are made special as needed. Special attention is paid to stories that are designed with the intention of staying on the profile in the highlight buttons.
– Making reels of footage
Production of reels or short form recordings with animations, video material, images, subtitles, music... Video material is mostly prepared with an already known scenario or at least an audio recording of the voice that serves as the basis for the scenario and on which stock recordings or animations are built.
– Professional material processing
Professional photo and video editing for all social media needs (color correction, formats, subtitles, effects, transitions, etc.).
- Advertisements
Creation and launch of advertisements with delivery of effect (boost or background, includes all settings of target groups and locations, with a suggested budget)
– Chat
Setting up an auto response system for chat, plus answering messages with the transmission of basic or prearranged information.
– Posting announcements
Placement of pre-designed announcements and video material on all networks, with adaptation of material for different necessary formats. Nowadays, it usually means a Facebook page and an Instagram profile, but if necessary, it can also mean TikTok, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest and other networks.
Even this is not the end. "Agreement builds the house" so that the client is constantly in contact with us where we mutually agree and make plans for all publications and materials. Sometimes this means arranging a special photoshoot or recording of material, and sometimes the client wants to convey to us his plan for a new product or event, and the networks turn to advertising it in every possible way.
In addition to all this, special copywriting or creative writing is sometimes needed to complete the presentation of the product or service on the networks and/or website, connecting advertising with the Google Ads system for even better results, adjusting the Meta pixel, Google Business profile and much, much more.
The final result is "live" networks that are interesting, dynamic and convey all brand or business messages, active and effective advertisements, as well as a constant increase in clients and interested parties, even outside social networks that work 24/7, 365 days a year. Plus, freed up time for the employer to deal with other parts of his business.
So mister/miss "well, I can hang pictures too" - you can't.
Still not convinced?
Let's move on to the main problem, that is - Why are social networks now as much money as music?
